  35. The second World Congress on Expert Systems will be help in Lisbon,
  36. Portugal, 10-14 January 1.994. During the congress a panel focused
  37. on "Research directions and applications of Artificial Neural
  38. Networks" will be conducted.
  39.  
  40. Panelist proposal are requested, according to the following:
  41.  
  42. 1. 5 or 6 panelists will be selected. The panel will have
  43.    presentations of 10 min. per panelist, plus a questions and
  44.    answers period of 30 min.
  45.  
  46. 2. Proposals must include a brief vitae (10 lines) of the panelist
  47.    and a description of the topic to be addressed during the panel
  48.    (5 lines).

  50. 3. Proposals must be sent by e-mail of fax to:
